An M&E plan is an important for donors and NGO/ development Sector to manage and track project(s). The M&E plan includes specially developing indicators, monitoring format, monitoring strategies and specify monitoring frequencies, data collection & analysis and reporting system.

  Educated from the department of Law, Dhaka University practiced in human rights field for 5 years in the Supreme Court of Bangladesh . Last 18 years working in most leading Human Rights organizations named Ain o Salish Kendra (ASK), which has ECOSOC status. She is working as a Senior Deputy Director. Since the inception of her work, she is handling a challenging program which is practically matured in her supervision. She is responsible for and successfully doing the design, implementation, assesses, supervise, modify etc in the light of practicality of the human being and situation of the country. The program named Gender and Social Justice initiates the Community Activism for promoting and protecting Human Rights, where the community people, lawyers and NGO community are taking voluntary part to uphold the spirit of the program. Besides this she is involved in the whole process of designing, implementing, reviewing and assessing the program of the organizations. She used to assess her work in the light of strong Monitoring and Evaluation skill. She received the Certificate of an International Trainer and conducted trainings in Fiji , Srilanka , Thailand and Cambodia .in the human rights field. In 2009 , she has visited Germany to share her work with German Society such as business sector, schools, Parliamentarian, Amnesty International, Human Rights Organizations in the light of monitoring and evaluation which helps the German people to understand the country perspective as well as sustainability of the program of the Organization, She used to attend regularly International Seminars on human rights and Gender Field . From 2010 to 2012 she has attended an International Training Program in Sweden, Cambodia and Indonesia on Decentralization and Good Governance with Gender perspective where a project was prepared along with a LFA and monitoring tools Ms. Ansari is a Free Lance Trainer conducting trainings for NGO, Judges, Police, Students, Minority Groups., Transgender, Garments Workers, Community Leaders, Lawyers, Journalist mainly.
